Since 1988, the CDC has aggressively attacked the problems concerning affordable housing in the Main South area. By concentrating on the redevelopment of blighted commercial and residential properties, the CDC has been able to actively assist in the housing rebirth of Main South.



Over the years, the Main South CDC has established itself as a creditable and creditworthy developer of affordable housing. We hope to continue into the future by providing a wide range of safe and affordable housing options to low-to-moderate income individuals in Main South.

The Main South CDC owns and manages over 173 affordable housing units in the Main South area of Worcester.
