The Main South CDC is currently accepting applications for apartments. Our rental rates are among the most competitive with other properties in this area. The new Boys and Girls Club and Clark University are conveniently located in proximity to our properties. While the membership to the Boys and Girls Club is only $10, students are also able to attend Clark University tuition-free if they live in the Main South University Park area for five years and meet academic requirements.
